1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Indian Traders' Association Act.1A. Interpretation
In this Act—"Association" means the Indian Traders' Association.2. Indian Traders' Association
There is established for the purposes of this Act the Indian Traders' Association which shall be a body corporate.3. Objects of Association
The objects of the Association shall be to—4. Committee of Management
The Association shall, subject to its rules, be administered by a Committee of Management consisting of the President, the Vice-President, the Treasurer, the Assistant Treasurer, and all other members to be elected in accordance with the rules of the Association.5. Powers of Committee of Management
6. Powers of Association
Subject to section 3, the Association shall have all the powers of a natural person.7. Dissolution of Association
8. Donations and legacies
All donations and legacies made to the Association shall be exempt from payment of any duty.History of this document
