1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Public Officers' Fees Act.2. Fee payable to public officer
Notwithstanding any other enactment, any fee payable by law to a public officer for the performance during office hours of any duty appertaining to his office shall, except in cases where the President otherwise directs, accrue to, and be paid into, the Consolidated Fund.[S. 2 amended by Act 48 of 1991.]History of this document
