1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the War Memorial Board of Trustees Act.2. Interpretation

All documents concerning the business of the Board shall be signed by the Chairperson and the Secretary.9. Application of funds
The income and property of the Board shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the Board and no portion of it shall be distributed or transferred by way of dividend, bonus or otherwise.10. Auditing
The Board shall appoint every year an auditor whose duty shall be to examine into and supervise the finance of the Board and to make a report on it.11. Proceedings
12. Donations and legacies
Article 910 of the Code Civil Mauricien shall not apply to the Board.13. Exemption from payment of duty
The Board shall be exempt from the payment of duty on any donation or legacy made to it.History of this document
