1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Prescription of Landed Property Act.2. Application of Affidavits of Prescription Act
The Affidavits of Prescription Act shall, with such modifications and adaptations as may be necessary, apply to notarial deeds or other documents witnessing acquisition by prescription of landed property as it applies to affidavits of prescription.History of this document
