1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Women's Self Help Association Act.2. Interpretation
In this Act—"Association" means the Women's Self Help Association established under section 3;"Committee" means the Committee referred to in section 6;"Minister" means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject of social security is assigned.3. The Association
There is established for the purposes of this Act the Women's Self-Help Association which shall be a body corporate.4. Objects of Association
The objects of the Association shall be to promote—5. Association to furnish information
The Association shall furnish to the Minister such information with respect to its activities, in such manner as the Minister may require.6. The Committee

Membership of the Association shall be—8. Donations and legacies
Article 910 of the Code Civil Mauricien shall not apply to the Association.9. Exemptions
Notwithstanding any other enactment—10. Submission of accounts
The Committee shall, on or before 1 April in every year, submit to the Minister an audited statement of its accounts in respect of the 12 months ending on 31 December in the preceding year.11. Dissolution of Association
