1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the St John Ambulance (Mauritius) Act.2. Interpretation
In this Act—"Brigade" means the uniformed branch of the St John Ambulance (Mauritius);"Corporation" means the St John Ambulance (Mauritius) established under section 3;"Council" means the National St John Council for Mauritius referred to in section 5;"Minister" means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject of health is assigned.3. The Corporation
There is established for the purposes of this Act the St John Ambulance (Mauritius) which shall be a body corporate.4. Objects of Corporation
The objects of the Corporation shall be—5. The Council
The Corporation shall be administered by the National St John Council for Mauritius, which shall have such functions as may be prescribed.6. Membership and register of members
