1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Convention on Social Security Act.

2. Interpretation

In this Act—"Convention" means the Convention on Social Security signed on 22 April 1981 between Government of Mauritius and that of the United Kingdom.

3. Convention to have force of law

The Convention shall have the force of law in Mauritius.
